Requirements
3 yrs + experience in mental/behavioral healthÂ
one or a combination of the following certifications
peer/recovery support specialist
community/mental health worker
health/fitness/nutrition coach
counselor
crisis responder
lived experience in the construction trades and/or with mental health challenges and substance use recovery a strong plus
Spanish/English fluency preferred
