ideal candidate qualifications
3 yrs + experience in mental/behavioral health plus one - or a combination of - the following certifications:

peer/recovery support specialists

community/mental health workers
-
health/wellness coach
-
counselors/crisis responders
lived experience in the construction trades and/or with mental health challenges and substance use recovery a strong plus
spanish/english fluency preferred
location: Fernley area, large construction site
type: part-time contract position
